Wills & Powers of Attorney

 

Ingrid is committed to advising and assisting clients in preparation and review of Wills and Powers of Attorney.  She is also experienced in obtaining court orders for committeeship of the estates of mentally disordered persons and in submitting the accounts of a committeship to the Master of the Court of Queen’s Bench; a process known as passing accounts.

 

Estate Administration
